The Frans Henrikson Hall is a versatile cultural space where you can organise events for all kinds of audiences. The hall serves as a cinema, concert and lecture hall as well as a party space. The hall is at ground level in the house called Mittistan in the middle of Närpes. The hall is easily accessible, without stairs or large thresholds.
Hotel Red&Green is directly connected to the Frans Henrikson Hall, which makes both restaurant and hotel services in connection with your conference or cultural event easily available.

Seats
The hall can be rented both with and without stands. The stands can be removed mechanically if you need an empty floor space that can be used for fairs, discos, workshops, banquets, conferences etc.
The stand has a total of 150 seats. Two additional rows can be placed in front of the stand, which gives a total of 180 seats.
Rows 1-3 in the stand are also equipped with a hearing loop for people with hearing aids.

Stage
The stage in the hall is at ground level and thus easily accessible. There is also a portable stage that can be built according to wishes. Frans Henrikson Hall can also be divided into two separate spaces with the capacity of about 80 people per room.

Tech
The hall has basic sound and light technology at your disposal. The technical equipment consists of a high-quality surround system. Rent prices
1-3 hours weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. = 210 euros + VAT (25,5%).

Half-Day: 3-6 hours = 310 euros + VAT (25,5%)
Evenings and weekends=Half-Day

Extra costs:
The stands in the hall can be mechanically removed if you need an open floor area. Removing the stands costs 100 euros, VAT is added (25.5%)
Staff:
For events that require more technology/technical assistance than the presentation technology provided, audio/light tech staff are available for 52 euros/hour, VAT is added (25.5%).
